FAQ
1. If you find it’s too long waiting for the light on in your first use.
It’s absolutely normal, it was set up that way to let the light selfdetect any function problem before using.
The waiting time lasts about 8-10 seconds.
2.If you find it’s still off after you hold it for a longer time (more than 10 seconds).
Please make sure the circumstance where you put it is dark enough (like inside the package box) and try again.
3.If you find the light begins to flash even you put it on the steady mode.
It might be caused by the low voltage, please put the light under the sunshine to recharge and leave the switch on.
4.If you find the light cannot last longer time as before (usually on steady mode).
It might be caused by the lower level of sun radiation in winter or in some rainy days in a row, the battery has been over discharged and the sun power at day time didn’t fully charge the battery. Please turn the light off at night and turn on at day time for recharging. Do it for over three days and check it again.
