Specially test the degree of decolorization of printing ink, Microcomputer Control Paper Cardboard Ink Rub Resistance Tester which is different from the one-way straight line friction. This machine uses the curvature specified by TAPPI to test the adhesion of ink in various directions at the same time, in order to judge the degree of decolorization. Ink Decolorization Tester Application: It is suitable for the test test of the abrasion resistance of printed ink layer, the abrasion resistance of PS plate photosensitive layer and the abrasion resistance of surface coating of related products. Effectively analyze the problems of poor rub resistance of the printed matter, peeling of the ink film, low printing durability of the PS plate, and poor coating hardness of other products.

Working principle:
The layer to be ground and the friction paper of the sample are rubbed against each other at a predetermined speed by the action of the load friction body. The wear resistance of the ink layer or coating is judged by measuring the amount of decrease in density before and after rubbing or the amount of reduction in coating thickness.
