Main Features
1. The main circuit
of the paper tube cutting machine adopts Japan's Mitsubishi PLC computer controller to work. Manual feeding, clamping and cutting system, accurate and fast feeding, high-speed slitting machine can cut 10-20 times per minute.
2. The counter
can set the number of cutting materials, and it will automatically stop after cutting materials. The total counter counts the workload records for a day. Front clamp, back clamp, knife speed and feeding speed can be adjusted in sections. Semi-automatic type can cut 0-45 degree inclined tube.
Instructions
1. The mechanical safety device
must be used correctly according to the regulations, and it must not be removed and not used.
3. The tools, fixtures and processed parts used by the paper tube cutting machine equipment must be firmly installed and not loosened.
4. When the paper tube cutting machine equipment is running, the operator shall not leave the work position to prevent no one to deal with it when a problem occurs.
