Brief Description
ZGS Vertocal high consistence hydrapulper for dealing with pulpboard,waste paper size degradation equipment. work for assistant effect of beating . usually composed by vat body and rotary table
Its main structure is vat body,impeller,stator ring and electric motor etc.Generally the rotatry table's circumferential speed is 1000m/min,the diameter of vat body is 1-6m.
Our company have many sizes of hydrapulpers for example 1-30m 3 .
Working principle
When the electric motor start up,the impeller begain to turn the slurry of vat body will be suck in along the axis center . Throw from the circumference with high speed and form severe turbulence loops .
As the impeller tear at and different speed of slurry layer working together,it produce a huge rubbing effect and make the slurry defibering strongly, separation of fiber .At the same time, the fiber bundles in the gap between impeller and screen plate rubbing to improve the fibrosis effect.
