The PTC heater Box is composed of a thermal resistor as the main heating material, and the temperature and/or

power is controlled based on the characteristic of PTC whose resistance changes with the temperature, which

ensures the PTC heater to maintain a relatively stable heating temperature or power in spite of the change in the

environmental temperature or voltage.

PTC heater is a positive thermal resistor, with the resistance of the resistor rising at a stepping rate corresponding

to the rise of the temperature of the resistor, featuring:

High sensitivity, with a temperature coefficient of resistance 10-100 times that of metals;

Wide working temperature range, with the device suitable to an even temperature between - 55 °C and 315 °C;

Thermal resistor is used as the main material for PTC heating module.

The most striking feature of the smart PTC heating module is that the input power can be maintained within a

stable range (+/-10%) with a change in the voltage (+/-20%).

PTC heating module is equipped with a communication interface, enabling remote monitoring.

Equipped with a fan, the heating module is mainly used to heat special closed space.

Different heating power is available to meet different needs.
