Products Introduction
The Hammer Crusher (hammer mill) crushes through the collisions between high-speed hammer and materials with good quality features like simple structure, high reduction ration, high efficiency, etc. The hammer crusher (hammer mill) is suitable for both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgic, construction material, road building, and petroleum & chemical industries.
It can break up the ore below 50mm or the tailings in the incomplete minerals, and separate the useful metals from the ore. According to the requirements of the ore factory, the ore particles will be crushed below 1mm, and then enter the shaking table for sorting. It is suitable for small mines and can replace the ball mill to a certain extent . There are diesel type and motor type for your chioce.
Application
Mainly used in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors broken medium hardness materials. Suitable for crushing limestone, coal gangue, gypsum, shale and other kinds of medium and hard brittle materials with compressive strength up to 180MPa Coarse, medium and fine operation.
Structure And Working Principle
Small hammer crushing machine,stone hammer crusher consists of frame, rotor, hammer head and other parts. Motor drives the rotor through Elastic coupling .Materials was crushed by the hitting between rotating hammer and crushing plate.
The rotor configured with hammers, as the main working component of hammer mill, is composed of spindle, disc, pin shaft, and hammers. The rotor, being driven by the motor, rotates in a high speed in the crushing cavity. The materials, being fed into the crushing cavity from feeding port, are crushed, shattered, and ground under the function high speed hammers. The undersize will be discharged through the screen plate which is installed at the bottom of the rotor, while the oversize will remain upon the screen plate for re-crushing and grinding, and be discharged finally.
