- interior wall contact to the liquid product that you are going to cooking in this kettle.
This wall usually made of food grade stainless steel, SUS304 or SUS316.
- the jacket wall usually have a bigger diameter than the inner wall.
the inner wall and the jacketed wall make up a gap which is designed for heating transfer fluid -- heating oil or hot water. this wall can be stainless steel or carbon steel. without special request, Ranking Machinery will offer stainless steel jacket on all of our cooking kettle, cooking pot and cooking vat.
- the exterior wall is a layer of stainless steel, SS304. with 1.5mm or 2mm wall thickness.
between the heating jacket and the exterior wall of our jacketed kettle, there will be a layer of thermal insulation material, PU FOAM or expanded perlite. with this insulation wall, you can save some gas during the heating process.
