Product Description
The
shelter for urban furniture
is ideal to be placed near schools, parks and sports centers equipped with a bench suitable for children. The structure is composed of two rear uprights in galvanized steel round tube complete with plate, at the base, in galvanized sheet metal with holes for anchoring to the ground and two lateral ribs, in the upper part, in galvanized sheet metal with carving decorative holes. The ribs are connected and made integral with each other by means of a frame in galvanized steel profiles. The opaque type alveolar polycarbonate roof supported by curved galvanized steel profiles and with a gutter, in the rear part, for the collection and discharge of rainwater. The whole structure is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids and is dried for 15 minutes in a drying room. In order to provide suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the product is subjected to a painting cycle using an anticorrosive primer in thermosetting powder based on epoxy resins with special pigments. Ground anchoring by means of 12 hexagonal head bolts and expansion nylon plugs. The shelter and the bench are supplied with an assembly kit consisting of stainless steel screws and assembly instructions.
