Each piece of jewelry is inspected based on four quality points before sending to customers:

Actually Each piece of jewelry check be though many times quality check in every process, from casting, stamping, grinding, stone setting, polishing, and plating, packing.
for example:after casting before stamping or grinding, should be check the quality well then go though next process, after polished before plating should be check the quality well then go plating, etc.

Incoming Material Check-
All materials go through a series of quality inspections nickle free and lead-free,for example:the metal base ,clasp, chain all jewelry accessories etc.

ome items need be setting the stones, before to the hand setting or wax setting,all the stones we make sure the quality well and meet the customer requirement, then go to setting.
4: Before packing, be check more carefully,This inspection procedure checks that your jewelry conforms to your specifications and is free from manufacturing defects. A workmanship review will typically check for such issues as: Scratches, dents or excessive solder/glue. Missing parts, improper fit of stones or other components.
