1. Instruction of the reactor:
1). The chemical reacting equipment.
2). Widely used in resins, glue ,adhesives, paint, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other chemical production.
3). Mechanical seal.
4). Inverter for frequency control.
5). Jacketed type, outside pipe type, outside & inside pipe type.
6). Heated by oil, water, steam or electric.
7). Three-layers paddle style, made of stainless steel.
8). Consists of body, gears, mixing devices, heating devices, cooling devices, seal composition.
9). Equipped with distillation column, condenser, water separator, collecting cans, filters ect.
2. How to select the appropriate machine:
Take an example by the FYF-1000
FYF means the reactor kettle series(mainly for liquid, solvent making industry), 1000 means the design volume is 1000liters.
The effect volume is about 80% of the tank, that means 800 liters/batch.
The daily production capacity depends on the reacting time.
Making all kinds of glue or adhesive.
Hot melt glue, white glue, water-based glue, grafted adhesive, paper-bonding glue, wood bonding glue ...
