1. Can I order samples before I purchase in bulk?

Yes, of course.
We offer both free samples and custom samples before bulk order. And surely custom samples cost extra to be made. Pls click 'contact supplier' to get more sample information.
2. How can I customize my own eyelash packaging?
---Tell the custom service the box shape, color, logo position, logo color, window or not and any other text you need to print.
Then the custom service will send a draft before you order.
3. How long does production?
---3-7 days for production of eyelashes. 10-12 days for production of custom eyelash boxes.
4. Can I get the slowest shipment?
---Sorry. We ship by express only for less than 20 kg orders. Usually shipping takes 4-7 days after delivery.
---For the load that's above 20 kg, we offer both door to door air shipping and sea shipping. Contact to get details.
5. How do I make payment?
---Payment by credit card, PayPal, western union, T/T, wire transfer are all accepted and we would prefer trade assurance order always.
