Product Composition

Tire Shredding Machine

1. Motor

It adopts an all-copper core motor to reduce energy consumption, strong power and enhance the life of the machine.

2. Reducer

The gearbox of the shredder is welded with steelplates, with high accuracy, good contact and low noise.

3. Blade

Shredder blades are forged, annealed heat treated, tempered and held, and finely sharpened on a wire cut.

4. Coupling

The transmission parts of the shredder are connected by couplings to reduce vibration and protect the main shaft and reducer from damage to the force.

5. C ontrol Cabinet

It adopts PLC automatic control system, with start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control function.
