Method of Application:
1 Clean the construction surface to ensure there is no oil or dirt.
2 Cut the mouth of the tube, attach the nozzle tip, and squeeze out the sealant using a caulking gun.
Dry Bonding Method：
Extruding several rows of adhesive in a zigzag pattern (suitable for lighter materials and joints that bear light pressure), with each row spaced 40cm apart; pressing the adhesive-coated surface onto the joint, gently pulling it apart to allow the adhesive to evaporate for a few minutes, and then pressing the two surfaces together firmly.
Wet Bonding Method: (suitable for heavier materials):
According to the above method, apply the nail-free adhesive, then use clamps, iron nails, or screws to clamp or nail the two bonded-surfaces together; after the adhesive has solidified (about 24 hours), remove the clamps, iron nails, or screws. The nail-free adhesive can be adjusted within 20 minutes for positioning. The bonding becomes stronger within 2-3 days and reaches optimal effectiveness after 7 days.
