Products Description
GR9 Titanium tube
Grade 9 titanium properties & yield strength is that it offers superb resistance to erosion corrosion, crevice corrosion and pitting. Grade 9 titanium has a superior strength to weight ratio and it also has excellent mechanical strength. Grade 9 titanium has very low thermal expansion and it has good weldability and good formability. Grade 9 titanium is resistant to stress corrosion cracking in sour gas environments and in chloride. The Chemical Composition of Grade 9 titanium is N ≤0.02, Al ≤3.5 – 2.5, Fe 0.25, H ≤0.013, V ≤3.0 – 2.0, C 0.10 and O ≤0.12. Grade 9 titanium has a yield strength of 621 MPa.
