A:Standard art files is vector format like .eps, .ai or .pdf. If you have non-vector format like .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, please
make sure the resolution is high enough. We also have designer can help you to create your own art.
Q: Can I get a sample before bulk production of ?
A: Sure, we will make a pre-production sample for you to check before mass production.
Q: How about the terms of payment?
A: For large order, T/T . For small order, T/T, western union, Alipay and paypal can be accepted too.
Q: Hows about the shipment?
A:Express company like DHL, UPS, TNT, etc is more worthy for small order quantity.
