[Directions]

1. SELECTION – Analyze client’s hair type and condition to determine suitable level of waving lotion.

2. P REPARATION – Shampoo hair and towel dry. Select desired rod size, and wind hair on the rod with water to reduce tension.

3. A PPLICATION – Apply waving lotion 1 on hair once the winding is done. Apply waving lotion 1 at least twice to hair on the curling rod to ensure complete saturation of waving lotion.

4. D EVELOPMENT – Place development cap over the whole head. Leave for 10-20 mins. Check curl of the hair during processing time.

5. N EUTRALIZATION – Rinse out waving lotion 1 and blot out excess water. Apply neutralizer 2 to hair and ensure saturation. Leave for 10 mins. Unwind each rod carefully. Rinse the hair with water thoroughly for at least 3 times. Blow dry hair and style as desired.

4.Avoid contact of any product with the eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with warm water for at least 15 minutes, stop usage and contact the doctor.

5. The waving lotion contains ammonia and thioglycolate and the neutralizer contains sodium hydroxide which is caustic.Its ingestion can provoke lesions which can cause death.
