No. We are a factory, not a wholesaler. All goods need to be produced first, we don't have any inventory.
2. Are free samples provided?
If you place an order directly, we will produce samples for free, and you only need to arrange for sample extraction.
If you need to place a sample order first, we need to advance the sample fee, which will be refunded when you place a bulk order, but the shipping fee is not refundable.
3.How long does it take from placing an order to receiving the goods?
This depends on your quantity and transportation method. It usually takes about 15 days to produce samples and about 15 days to air transport samples. The production of bulk goods takes about 25-40 days, and the transportation time is about 45-60 days. This means that the entire cycle will take approximately 100-130 days, so please reserve enough time.
During transportation and production, many uncertain factors often arise. If you are particularly anxious, please stop.
4. Has the quotation been consistently valid?
Due to the influence of exchange rate, logistics, and raw material prices, the validity period of the quotation is usually 15 working days. Please inquire about the price again after this time.
5. How to handle products with quality issues?
Ceramic products are handmade goods that allow for certain errors. Usually, the size of a single product is ± 3mm, the weight is ± 30g, and the color is lower than the two adjacent color card numbers of Pantone. These are all within the normal error range and are considered qualified products.
For slight stains, bubbles, and needle holes, they are considered qualified products.

But for all quality issues that do belong to us, we will compensate or compensate in full.
6. Why cannot we be precise about the production time?
Because the production of products is affected by various factors such as weather (such as prolonged drying of soil and floral paper on rainy days, which increases production time), policies (such as encountering epidemics or environmental inspections, which may result in factories having to take a vacation, which can lead to an extension of production time), it is not accurate.
7. Why is there a grace period of 15-20 working days for transportation efficiency?
The transportation time is greatly influenced by weather, port operations, and customs clearance conditions, with many uncertain factors, so there will be a broad period of 15-20 working days for this time.
Moreover, if there are uncontrollable reasons such as customs clearance, bad weather, holidays, etc. that cause an extension of transportation time, the risk needs to be shared by both the buyer and seller. We do not accept refunds initiated on this basis.
Any additional storage and other expenses incurred due to the delay of goods caused by the buyer shall be borne by the buyer.
