FAQ
1).What is the MOQ of your squishies toys?What is sample time? Production time ?
Do you offer free sample?
For our stock item, MOQ is 100 pcs. For custom order, MOQ is 600 pcs/model.
Sample time is 2 to 5 days, Production time is 7 to 10 days for order under 1000sets. 15 to 20 days for order over 1000sets.
We offer free sample but usually the shipping cost will be at client cost.
2).Can you accept custom order?
Yes, we can custom shape, color and logo as clients request.
3).Is your squishy toys certificated to export to American and European market?
Yes our squishy is certificated and we have exported a lot to American and European market.
4) How can I place order?
A: You can click contact supplier from product or click start order now to place order.
5) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-10 days to manufacture the goods if we don't have inventory. When goods ready, we will contact client for balance payment, and after payment has been settled, we will ship out immediately.
6) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will sending you a link from alibaba trade assurance or we can provide our T/T account so you can transfer to our account directly. Payment Method: T/T , Western Union, Money Gram.
Trade assurance is highly recommended. It is assurance of quality and delivery on time!
7) Very important!
Before goods ready please send us your delivery address, post code, company name, attention recipiant and telephone number. Label on each opp bag, logo PDF or AI file, outer carton marks. Thanks so as to guarantee shipping in time.
