We are an old knife company started business in 1940, located in Seki, Japan and supplying our customers with first grade knives only selecting from sources allover the world.
Based on our long year experiences and firm relationship with reliable makers, we developed a couple of new knife series with close cooperation w reliable craftman and just started to sell them to world market under our own brand "Minonokuni Yamahide".
At first, we started from production of Japanese style cooking knives which were proved in the world markets as a most strong cooking tool by many professional chefs already, because of the products made from traditional techniques of sword production in Japan.
