1.Can I get free samples?
Yes, free samples are available. It'll be returned when you place the order.
2.Can I put my own logo on the products?
Yes, OEM and ODM are available for us. We have own R&D team focusing on design, engineering, electronics, optics and processing.
3.Have you inspected goods before shipping?
Our products will be inspected before shipping contains 6 parts.
1. It'll be one stuff check with every finished product on the Production line
2.Process inspector will inspect everday when the the order is producted.
3.Each light should pass the aging test before packing.
4.Quality inspector will inspect goods in proportion to quantity
5.Quality inspector will inspect second time for insuring the quality.
6.Technicists will keep on checking on the quality before the goods were finished.
4.How about payment terms?
30% deposit before mass production, the balance payment can be made before shipping.
5. What is minimum order quantity?
1 piece is okay for us. Sample order is welcome.
6. How to charge the solar light?
Please placed them in the sunny area(without any shadow) to absorb full direct sunlight.
7.Do you have certificate for your lights?
Yes, we can provide CE, RoSH, VDE, UL, SAA, CUL, CSA, PSE certificate and so on. Don't worry about the import issues!
8.How to deal with the faulty?
Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
During the guarantee period, we will send new lights to you. For defective batch products, we will repair them
and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution according to the actual situation.
