Question 2: what is the lead time of samples?
A: Generally 7 working days after deposit.
Question 3: what kind of information does the quotation need?
A: Detailed drawings (PDF / step / IGS / DWG...) provide material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Question 4: what are the terms of payment?
A: We accept a 50% deposit. When the goods are completed, we will take photos for you to check, and then pay in full before
delivery.
Question 5: how to deliver?
A: (1) if the weight is less than 2kg and less than the standard transportation volume, the packages will be sent through the
transportation method you choose, and these packages are traceable; If the package weighs more than 2kg or exceeds the standard
size, it will be sent by commercial Express (UPS, FedEx, DHL...); If there is any difference in freight, please make up for it.

(2) After the package is sent out, it will be out of control. We will thank you for your patience during delivery. The estimated
delivery time in most countries (except Brazil) is 15-45 days. However, the delivery time may be longer during holidays or
promotions.

(4) If you still don't receive the package after 45 days, please contact us. We will submit the search to the freight forwarder
and help you track the logistics information. If you still don't receive the package after 60 days, you can contact us and give

1. Please send your samples to us, and then we can copy or provide you with a better solution. In addition, pictures and drafts
with dimensions (length, height, width) will be sent to us. If you place an order, we will make CAD or 3D files for you.
Question 8. Can we get some samples before mass production?
Of course, the sample fee is required and will be refunded during mass production if possible.
