Cooling Principle
Water evaporation absorbs heat. According to this principle, when water flows down from the upper part of wet curtain under the action of gravity, a water film will form on the surface of corrugated fiber material. When the flowing air passes through the wet curtain, the water in the water film will absorb the heat in the air and then evaporate, so as to take away a large amount of latent heat and reduce the temperature of the air passing through the wet curtain, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling, refrigeration and humidification.
Power components
The core power component adopts cast iron / cast aluminum fully enclosed pure copper brand motor, with IP55 protection grade, waterproof and moisture-proof, F-class insulation protection, ensuring that the temperature rise of the motor is still stable under the continuous working state. Motor can be stepless frequency control (220 V / 380 V), to meet the needs of more working conditions.
Shell fuselage features
The whole fuselage shell is made of new engineering materials with high strength and weatherability. Anti ultraviolet, anti aging, anti deformation, corrosion resistance, long service life and other characteristics, and has a dust filter screen template, evaporating wet curtain full edge, the frame fuselage adopts blue black color matching system, so that the equipment is more advanced. High efficiency evaporator
The environmental protection air conditioning evaporation wet curtain adopts high-quality base paper material, 5090 type has the characteristics of fine density, good water absorption, high wet stiffness, low shrinkage, no mildew and long service life. In the working process, it has the advantages of large evaporation area, more than 90% evaporation rate, high cooling efficiency and small pressure loss.
