1450T Long Stroke Aluminum Profile Extrusion Press Line
The extrusion press is made with a combination of international and local advanced extrusion press technology. With its reasonable structure, elegant shape, good automatization and fast speed, it can be shifted unrestrainedly from manual operation to automatic operation, equipped with independent die locking devices for reliable performance, high productivity and low energy consumption. Full-automatically controlled by PLC program-control system, its main electrical components are from Schneider, Siemens and Omron and hydraulic systems are from Original Rexroth of Germany for main extrusion pumps and Tokimec of Japan for high-performance vane pumps with other hydraulic parts from Rexroth of Changzhou, China. The configurations of extrusion presses can be optioned according to customer’s different requirements and the extrusion presses can be used in production of all kinds of aluminum profiles and aluminum alloy profiles.
