This CNC Vertical Lathe has the following characteristics:
1. The base, column, and sliding seat are all constructed from high-grade gray cast iron and have undergone tempering. This ensures that the machine tool maintains high strength and precision stability for prolonged use.
2. The machine employs roller-type linear slides, offering exceptional rigidity and a heavy load capacity. This design
significantly improves the positioning accuracy and load-carrying capacity of both vertical and horizontal feed movements.
3. The spindle pulley of the machine tool and the spindle CNC servo motor pulley are connected by a belt and can be equipped with either an 18.5 kW or 22 kW motor. The machine features continuously variable speed with a wide range, meeting the diverse spindle
speed requirements for both rough machining and finishing of parts.
4. The vertical and horizontal feeds are automatically controlled by servo motors, with protective devices in both directions. A load-balancing mechanism in the vertical direction reduces the lead screw load, greatly extending the life cycle of the lead
screw.
5. Special screw bearings support both ends of the ball screw in the vertical and horizontal directions, significantly improving and ensuring the machining accuracy of the machine tool's parts.
6. The machine tool incorporates an electric lubricating oil pump to intermittently and automatically lubricate each part. This ensures the lubrication of each guide rail pair and ball screw pair, thereby prolonging the service life of each movement pair.
7. The tool post adopts a horizontal or vertical multi-station CNC tool post, minimizing tool change time and substantially
improving work efficiency.
8. The upper end of the spindle can be equipped with a disc table or hydraulic chuck based on user requirements. The lower end of the main shaft can feature a rotary oil cylinder, available in single-piston or double-piston configurations. The single-piston cylinder can control the tooling to compress the workpiece or manage the hydraulic chuck. In the case of dual-piston cylinders, one cylinder controls the hydraulic chuck, and the other cylinder manages the tooling to compress the workpiece.
