Since the non-woven fabric tube is manufactured by a special processing technology, its resistance is lower than that of the polyester tube, the electrolyte freely diffuses and the ion mobility is better, so the discharge capacity is stronger.

The deformation load is greater, so the mechanical performance is better. In the working state of the battery, the pressure generated by the positive electrode active material in the charge and discharge cycle is usually low (0-4bar). The non-woven tube can better withstand these pressures and firmly hold the active material.

The battery has a larger capacity and a longer life. The test data of 60% DOD cycle of 500 batteries confirms that the non-woven tube has more discharge capacity than the battery assembled with polyester tube. The experiments of domestic battery manufacturers have proved that according to the national 5-hour discharge rate, the discharge of non-woven tube is 8-10 minutes longer than that of polyester tube.
