Product Description
Water based acrylic sealant car lacquer
This sealant is VOC free nontoxic topcoat, double component, the kit includes A； sealant and B: hardener, the ratio is 2:1.
After mixing, can be used within 3 hours.
The best coating temperature is 25'C.
Recommended nozzle size: 1.3mm
Recommended pressure: 1.5-2.0 bar.
Spraying layer: two layers, wet spraying first, after 10min, spray the 2nd layer in wet state.
Dry in 60'C oven for 60minutes.
Transparency 96% after dry.
Advantage: VOC free, no negative affection on metallic silver chrome paint C. Widely used on cars for water based sytem.
