Thermoplastic road marking paint consists of C5 petroleum resin , EVA, PE wax, filler materials, which is solid powder state at normal temperatures. It will liquify if heated by pre-heater to 180-200ºC. Coating the paint onto the road, a hard film will form. With reflective glass beads sprinkled onto the surface, it has good reflective effect in the dark, making it widely applied to roads and highways. Paint can be customized according to your local environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity.
Product features:
1. Strong adhesion: the resin content is reasonable, and special rubber elastomer is added to the base oil, which has super adhesion. Ensure that the construction process is reasonable and will not fall off.
2. Good crack resistance: the hot-melt marking line is prone to crack due to temperature difference. Add sufficient EVA resin in the coating to prevent cracking.
3. Bright color: top coating pigment is adopted, with reasonable proportion, good weather resistance, and long-term exposure without discoloration.
4. High coating rate: small density, large volume and high coating rate are our major characteristics.
5. Good antifouling property: The quality and dosage of PE wax are the key points affecting the antifouling property. Exxon PE wax is the company's preferred product for many years.
