Castings are the basis of products quality. All products of Kaiyuan use precision castings. Impellers and discs are precision casted with wax molds. High-quality castings cooperate with the company's advanced processing technology ensures product performance indicators and quality.
Standard parts use world famous brands to further improve products performance and quality.
The bearings use imported NSK to ensure the safe operation of the rotating parts and extend the life of the rotating parts; the mechanical seal uses imported John Crane brand which greatly improves the sealing effect as well as the life of the seal.
Test vacuum degree, air volume, current, bearing temperature, noise, temperature ,pressure and other parameters for each device, and make detailed original records, and the test records will be accompanied by the goods. Painting: The quality of castings is reliable, and the surface paint is not scratched and leveled before spraying. The paint is sprayed directly.
Materials
According to the working situation, the material of all the parts where the liquid flows (i. e. Pump casing, pump cover, port plate, and impeller)are made of various stainless steel as bellow:
Bronze, SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9), SUS316 (0Cr17Ni12Mo2), SUS316L (00Cr17Ni14Mo2)
The material of the shaft is 2Cr13 or 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti
The mechanical seals are used the John Crane products and the seals material is optional for FPM or PTFE.
