Question 1. What is the minimum order quantity for custom my own brand?
Answer: 20-5- sets, negotiable, with various sizes, colors available.
Question 2. Can I get sample?
Answer: YES, we have several fins in stock can be as sample, and customized fins sample can be made before mass order.
Question 3. What fins styles you have produced?
Answer: We have produced many different kinds of fins, pls contact us to see the real photos of our past working.
Question 4. How to ship and how much of the shipping cost?
Answer: We use Fedex/UPS/DHL/TNT/EMS/TNT for order less than 200 sets, 5-7 days delivery time. Express, shipping by air/sea for bigger order, pls contact with us to know the shipping cost.
Question 5. How can I place the order?
Answer: Please contact us by WhatsApp/skype/wechat or just call us directly, send us the order list and design artwork by email, we will have sales staffs online 12 hours to answer your questions, our designer and production technician are online to offer you the most efficient solution. Order in Alibaba Trade Assurance and OneTouch are recommended.
Question 6. What payment term do you accept?
Answer: We accept various ways of payment method, such as T/T, Money Gram, west union, paypal and alipay, etc.
30%/50% deposit before production, and 70%//50% remaining before shipping, flexible terms according to your detailed demands.
