Products Description
The series of vacuum packing machines is featured automatic processing of vacuuming, sealing, cooling, which is used in vacuum packing of food,
aquatic
,
chemical and electronices industries. It can prevent the products from oxidization and mildew, as well as corrosion and moisture, keeping the quality and freshness and prolonging the storage time.
Main Features：
1.Material of Main Structure: 304 stainless steel.
2.Electrical requirement and plug could be custom according to customer requirement.
3.The products can be prevented from oxidation, going mould,insects or getting damp, thus can be kept fresh for longer time.
4.Can finish the whole programs of vacuum extraction, gas flushing (optional) , sealing, cooling and exhaust automatically.
5.Lid Gasket: The vacuum chamber lid gasket made ofhigh-density material guarantees the sealing performance of the machine in routine work.
Detailed description of the method of operation：
1. Plug in the power (110V or 220V)；
2. Turn on the power button；
3. Adjust the pumping time (about 30 seconds)；
4. Adjust the sealing time (about 2 seconds)；
5. Adjust the cooling time (about 3 seconds)；
6. Installed items, placed inside the bag sealed；
7. Press the top cover to operate the vacuum gauge back to zero to complete the work.
