Depending on our clients need and investment possibilities we are able to offer one of the following types of coopertation:

⇒ Supply of molds only

Our company supplies molds according to customer’s specification. We also provide our client the basic information regarding concrete mix recipes and equipment necessary for concrete production.

⇒ Supply of molds and concrete additives

We supply molds and concrete additives, according to client’s specification. We also provide basic information regarding concrete mix recipes, percentage content of pigment for integral colouring, and a list of necessary equipment for production of concrete.

⇒ Supply of molds, concrete additives and partial transfer of MAGICRETE production technology to the client

With this option we supply our client with molds, chemical additives for concrete and selected decorative agents. Partial transfer of MAGICRETE production technology is carried out at our production facility near Prague, Czech Republic and includes the following: basic introduction into concrete theory, production of concrete mix, proper curing of concrete products, integral / surface colouring for producing a multi-colour surface, overall production logistics and management.

After this training, which takes 3-4 days (including PRACTICAL part), client will be able to produce some of MAGICRETE product range in exactly the same quality, as original products. Based on the knowledge received the client will be able to create new decoration types, thus widening product range.

⇒ Supply of molds, concrete additives and COMPLETE transfer of MAGICRETE production technology

This option is a complex solution, which would enable you to start up a full-scale production of artificial stone and other concrete products. With this option we supply our client with molds, concrete additives and a full range of decorative agents (integral colouring, surface colouring, and special stains).

Training course takes 7 to 10 days is are carried out at MAGICRETE production facility near Prague, Czech Republic. During the training program your personnel will gain knowledge on how to set up and run a production of artificial stone / fence systems / pavers, receives practical knowledge on how to prepare the correct concrete mix, learns how to decorate the products (whether it’s integral decoration using pigment or any type of surface decoration with the use of special stains). With this option you will be able manufacture complete MAGICRETE product range and introduce new types of decoration based on received knowledge.

We would like to point out the fact, that all training courses provided by MAGICRETE include both theoretical and PRACTICAL parts. Your personnel will spend little lime a classroom and most of the time directly at production facility, taking part in the process and gaining practical knowledge. We believe that this is the only proper way to pass knowledge.
