How can I get the best suitable diamond blades?
A:
Offer GREENSON more details about your cutting materials and cutting machine parameters will be much helpful to recommend the suitable products. For example:
1)Diamond disc blade for sawing, slicing, splitting or any other applications;
2)The hardness, abrasiveness of cutting material, pictures or samples if possible;
3)Machine used for diamond blades discs: Bridge Saw, Table Saw, Brick Saw, etc.;
4)Machine main motor, spindle RPM, feeding speed and cutting depth;
5)Thickness for steel core (blade without diamond segment) for suitable segment size;
6)General request for blade life cutting square meters per blade;

We are selling big quantity of saw blade in our country with our brand name only. Can we put our logo on the blade?
A:
We would prefer you to put our GREENSON logo on the blades. But if you insist to put your own logo on the blades, we could also provide OEM products for our customers.

What is the minimum quantity we should buy?
A:
For sample purpose, we don’t mind how much you buy, we will send the samples by courier (DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc.). For order, it should be over USD1000.00 or the total weight should reach 45kgs (requested by Airline Companies, otherwise the Airfreight is double or more of usual price).

If we make the payment, how long you will make the shipment?
A:
It depends on the quantity of order. Normally we can send the goods out within four weeks on receipt of payment. For special specification products by negotiation, GREENSON will inform the approximate shipping date before you place order.
