ABOUT US
Henan SEMI Science Technology co, Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in the field of new energy, mainly engaged in energy storage product processing and system integration, research and development and production of new energy charging products, as well as charging station solutions and construction investment.
Including automatic plasma cleaning, automatic gluing, laser engraving, robot stacking, heating and pressure static, flatness detection, ISO testing, pole visual positioning, pole cleaning, busbar installation, excitation welding, online visual inspection, EOL testing, full size measurement, etc., with a daily production capacity of about 10MWH.
There are three standardized PACK production lines, each equipped with a set of 6KW dual station laser machines, two stacking stations, and one EOL workstation. Design and produce multiple sets of mainstream cell fixtures (L135 148 160 173), with a daily production capacity of approximately 15MWH for PACK.
There is a strict process flow and process control from project input to output. The annual module fault tolerance rate is 0.5 ‰.
