Tire Repair All Purpose Cushion Gum
SIFUTE all purpose cushion gum is used to build reinforced repairs to tires, conveyer belting and other types of fabric reinforced
rubber goods. High tensile strength tire cord calendared with high quality skim compound to a uniform gauge. 30 minutes at
280'F(138'C), 50 minutes at 260'F(127'C ). Cure Rate with 4 minutes for every 1mm Gauge.
* Heat patch is used for heat vulcanizing repair(hot repair). The most suitable temperature is 145'C and heated by 3 minutes.
* It is used for kinds of tube repair. It can also be complementary rubber when repairing tires, and makes the repair better.
* Specification: 1kg/roll, 2kg/roll, 5kg/roll, thickness: 2.2-2.5mm, we can make upon customer's requests.
