Properties:
The shale inhibitor polyol used in drilling fluid contains active groups such as hydroxyl and ether groups in its molecules, which can form effective adsorption on the surface of the wellbore. At the same time, its unique cloud point effect changes the wettability of the metal and drilling cuttings surface, effectively preventing the aggregation and adhesion of drilling cuttings, and enhancing the inhibition and anti collapse ability of the drilling fluid. Glycol has good compatibility with other treatment agents. This product has good lubricity, protects oil and gas reservoirs, is non fluorescent, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and has excellent comprehensive performance. It can be directly added to various water-based drilling and completion fluids, with a general dosage of 1% -3%.
