Tyre wire bead removal machine for waste tire recycling
Application:
It is used for drawing out the steel loops from the tire bead.
Structural Features:
It has hooks on both sides of the machine. Tire wire puller machine consists of motor, hydraulic system, two drawing hooks, two grears, one reducer, Magnetic valve and main frame, etc. Hard alloy is welded on the cutting blade to make it rigid and wearable.
The machine is equipped with safety shelves to effectively prevent unsafe issues from occurring in the process of tire bead peeling off. The base of the machine is a complete cast framework, which is convenient for installation.
