General:
A farfly in batch high shear mixer offers a full range of mier for production scale. The design exceeds the high quality standards necessary to achieve optimal process results and withstand the rigors of difficult processes that require high shear mixing.The high shear mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, solubilises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision-engineered rotor/stator workhead, far outperforms conventional mixers,improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency.
Principle:
The high shear emulsifier is capable of disribuing more than one phase into another continuous phase efficiently, evenly, swifty, whereas, usually they are insoluble to each. Due to the strong momentum caused by he very high line-speed and the high-frequency mechanical effects of the rotor, the materials subjected to the strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal squeeze, liquid friction, impact, tear, and comprehensive force, the mutually insoluble liquid, solid and gas phases are evenly, finely dispersed and emulified immediately. By repeating this continuously, we get stable high-quality products.
