Cloth Pre-shrinking Machine

digital pattern cutting
is adjusting the shape of the design pattern.
AUTO CUTTER

AUTO CUTTER
is spreading and checking the layout of the pattern pieces automatically. It speedups the manufacturing
process, shortens the production time,
reduces production cost
and
enables the producing process more environmental-friendly
.
The cut out fabric pieces will then be stacked up neatly before they are taken to the sewing workshop.
Workers are producing products in the sewing workshop.
The sewn products would have to go through the following inspections in order to be accepted products:
Threading Trimming, Quality Inspection and Metal Detection.
The accepted products would then be
Ironed , Labeled and Packed.
Finally, they are ready to ship!
