Products Description
Suitable for use in high temperature applications such as ovens, kilns and furnaces.
Commonly used in Heat Treatment applications. Also known as Furnace Wire.
One pair of solid 1/0.711mm diameter conductors. Each conductor is high temperature glass braided (+700°C constant, +800 °C intermittent) and silicone varnished. The pair is twisted together.
Conductors: KX(Thermocouple Extension Grade KX)
Colour coded to IEC 60584.3 (Green +ve, White –ve) or ANSI MC 96.1 (Yellow +ve, Red -ve).
Supplied in 100 metre lengths on plastic reels.

The two kinds of extension wire, both have good property of resistance to acid, alkali, abrasion and fire. It's temperature range
used commonly is -25-400C. In addition, it can be used for a long time by immersing into the oil. The extension wire complies with
GB/T4989-94-2016 standard.
The extension wire types can be divided into WC, BC,SC, RC, NX, KC, KX, EX, JX and TX in accordance with the product type.
