1, Performance characteristics
This product is a granular white solid. Its relative density increases with the increase of melting point. The product has good chemical stability, moderate oil content, good moisture resistance and insulation performance, and good plasticity. Candles produced from semi refined paraffin have concentrated flames, no smoke, and no tears.

Note: Put about 10g of wax into a conical flask with a volume of 100-250ml, add 50ml of anhydrous straight run gasoline with an initial boiling point not lower than 70 ℃, and heat it in a 70 ℃ water bath under shaking until the paraffin dissolves. After leaving the solution in a 70 ℃ water bath for 15 minutes, there should be no visible turbidity, precipitation, or water in the solution. Allow the solution to have a slight milky finish.
2, Product Usage
This product is applied to candles, crayons, wax paper, general telecommunications equipment, as well as short circuits and light industry, chemical raw materials.
3, Production methods
This product uses oily wax as the raw material, undergoes sweating or solvent deoiling, and then undergoes clay refining or hydrogenation refinement to obtain semi refined paraffin wax.
4, Precautions
1. The amount of melted wax should be appropriate, and the temperature of melted wax should not be too high. Before melting wax, the wax block should be crushed to accelerate the melting speed
2. Semi refined paraffin should be stored in a cool and shaded place, avoiding direct sunlight. The temperature of the storage area should not be too high to prevent the wax blocks from becoming soft and sticking to each other.
