Generator Motor Assembly
Install the motor rotor and fasten it .
The stator/rotor of the motor should not have flying wires,broken skins at the same position, loose bolts,and no hanging insulating paint.
Torque inspection of bolts
Tightening torque of the
shock-absorbing feet
is 20-28N.m.
The torque fastening force of the muffler installation bolts is greater than 22N.m
Generator Comprehensive Test
The generator is qualified if it start-up smoothly,the flameout switch turns off normally,and no wandering, trembling, stuttering,abnormal noise,gasoline leakage,oil leakage.
Generator withstand voltage test
During the voltage test, the generator is qualified when the insulated rubber pad keeps working normally without breakdown or flashing.
Generator strart-up Test
Check the machine for start-up confirmation, and observe the indicatorlights on the panel and the indication function of the voltmeter to be normal.
Generator performance test
Check that the output range of the AC socket is normal and the output voltage of the DC socket is normal.
