Product Description
The structure of a hydraulic coupling mainly consists of a pump wheel, a turbine, and a rotating inner sleeve. The pump wheel and rotating inner sleeve are connected to the driving shaft, which is connected to the speed increasing gear driven by an electric motor. The turbine is connected to the fan shaft through a driven shaft. Two chambers are formed in the pump wheel and turbine respectively, and there are radial blades in the chambers, usually 20-40 pieces. In the chamber between the pump wheel and the turbine, there is working oil, forming an annular flow channel.
The characteristics of hydraulic couplings
1. Smooth transmission: The hydraulic coupling adopts the traditional hydraulic conversion principle, and the transmission of power is completed through hydraulic oil transmission, which can achieve smooth transmission of power and reduce the vibration and noise of the unit caused by unstable transmission.
