Q: How much can I save if I order from the Kuoye Inflatables?
A: You are going to save at least 50% compared to the local re-sellers.
Q: Which payment methods do you take? Is there a deposit required?
We accept Wire Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and Paypal. A 50% deposit is required to launch the production, and the balance
is to be paid off before the delivery. If your order is urgent or less than US$1000, you may want to make full payment in advance
to save both time and cost incurred.
Q: How long would I wait until I receive my inflatables?
The inflatables are make to order. Generally, the production time for an order of several units is 7 - 15 working days. Shipping
time by sea is around 1 month. Take into account the time spent on payment transfer, shipment booking, customs clearance, etc,
it's advisable to plan your purchase 3 months in advance.
Q: Do you have certificate for the inflatables?
A: Yes, it comes with EN14960 certificate and all inflatables are tested by inspectors before delivery.
Q: Can I have my logo on the inflatables?
A: Yes, send us your logo and we will get it printed, it’s free of charge.
Q: Are there extra costs for my import apart from the shipping fee you quote??
A: Apart from the shipping fee we quote, importers will need to pay destination charges and import duties, when the cargos arrive
at the destination port. These may add up to a few hundred US $. However, these fees are not collected by us, but by your local
carrier.
Q: How do I deal with shipping and customs clearance?
A:The most common and cheapest shipping method for several inflatable inflatable units is ocean freight. You can either use your
own freight forwarder (FOB term), or let us arrange it using our forwarder (CIF term). As to customs clearance, you will need to
get a local customs broker to handle it for you.
Q: Can you change the shape, size, color or printing based on the original design?
A: Yes, and OEM is accepted. You have total control over your inflatables! Tell us your ideas and we will help make them come
