I. ABS Description

ABS provides the best balance of properties when cost is a factor. It has an excellent combination of toughness and Rigidity. Acrylonitrile provides a good chemical corrosion resistance and surface hardness. And Butadiene provides a good toughness and impact resistance. And Styrene provides a good rigidity and mobility, and ease of printing and dyeing. ABS can be used in temperatures ranging from -50°C to +90°C.

II. ABS Characteristics:

Advantages:

1. Good mechanical strength, high impact strength even in the cooling

2. Resists scratching, Excellent abrasion resistance and creep resistance

3. Good electrical properties

4. High dimensional stability, high surface strength and good luster

5. Good chemical resistance to inorganic salt , alkalis and many acids(strong oxidizing acids is an exception).

Disadvantages:

1. Endurance in water and in corrosion of inorganic salt except organic solvent(easily to cracked) .

2. Poor weather resistance, easily to change color and become brittle because of the sunlight.

Packaging Details: Covered with craft paper or PE film on double-side with pallet packing: 1 tons per tray, use wooden pallets on                                    the bottom, with packaging film packages all around in order to ensure transportation safety.
Full container load packing: 18-20 tons of a 20 foot container with 10 trays.
