Polyvalley has two polycarbonate solid sheets lines. With advanced facility, polyvalley can make any kind of special functional sheets besides normal compact sheets, such as diffussion sheets for LED or screen, anti-scratch sheets, anti-static sheets, frosted sheets, emobossed sheets etc. Secondary processing like drilling holes, cutting to irregular shape, bending are available either.
Made by 100% virgin Bayer material and 50 micro-meter UV layer, Polyvalley multi-wall corrugated sheet offers ten-year quality warranty against breakage and yellowing. It adopts two-wall R structure and can get very high light transmit (around 88%). With very small vertical bar distance, it can get a very good strength. And during installation, the connection part of two sheets can be overlapped perfectly to avoid water permeation.
