Product Description

Working principle;

Jolt squeeze molding machine is casting equipment used to make molds from sand. It is a multifunctional and efficient machine widely used in foundry industries. The working principle of the jolt squeeze molding machine is vibration and squeeze. After the vibration process ends, the squueze process begins. During the squeezeing process, dynamic forces are applied to the sand-filled formwork. This force helps compact the sand, ensuring uniform density and better mold quality. The machine squeezes the sand by applying pressure, further increasing the density and strength of the mold. This helps achieve high dimensional accuracy and reduces the occurrence of defects in the final product.


Main Features;
