Our company has a very strict interpretation of rules and procedures of quality control:
1, IQC : In coming material Quality Control
Incoming material will be tested and checked by various test equipment and self invented measure. Tools,Quality was controlled from the beginning defective product was stopped from the sources.
2, IPQC : In Process Quality Control
An inspection to every one hours to make sure all things are matched with technical with requirement and workers do as SOP(STAND OPERATION PROCEDURES)when in process.
3, PQC : Product Quality Control
Full inspection will be made before packaging for all product.
4, FQC : Finished Quality Control
What is more ,an extra stop check will do before shipment as well.
Products will be sent only after all are confirmed without quality problems.
