Vertical ring die pellet machine is a new biomass fuel production machinery by using crushed sawdust and bran from eucalyptus,pine,birch,poplar,fruit and agricultural straw,bamboo.Compared with the old machine,it absorbed the essence of horizontal ring die and flat die pellet machine ,it absorbed the insufficient pressure,die crack problems of horizontal ring die pellet machine,and overcome the small capacity,high failure rate of die pellet machine.
The new material distributing system shell is made of 304 stainless steel by one-step stamping, which is lighter in weight,stronger, and more convenient for disassembly and maintenance;The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, which greatly increases the corrosion resistance, prevents the corrosion of the equipment by high temperature water vapor in the granulation room, and greatly extends the service life;The new external installation method of the distributing system is completely separated from the granulation room of the pellet machine, which prevents the damage of the distributing system bearing caused by the harsh working environment in the pelleting room, prolongs the service life and makes the use more stable;
