Products Description
RFS012 Incubation system is a way that the water not in the incubation bucket is first filtered, disinfected, sterilized and thermostatically treated several times through the incubation water treatment equipment before entering the incubation bucket. It mainly consists of a box, special biological filter material, biochemical felt, aeration components, water pumps, UV sterilizing lamps, incubation buckets, collection filters, thermostats, air pumps, and control electrical boxes. The box is made of non-toxic and corrosion-resistant engineering plastic materials.
As an efficient water treatment process for purifying organic wastewater, box biological contact oxidation method has the advantages of activated sludge method and biofilm method at the same time, which is characterized by the fact that the solid substrate on which the biofilm is attached is submerged in the
water, and water containing ammonia and nitrogen as well as dissolved oxygen flows through the filter for the consumption of bacteria in the biofilm to remove the ammonia/nitrogen, nitrous acid, nitrate, cyanuric sulphide and other hazardous substances in the aquaculture wastewater. The aeration function is provided in the equipment, which can not only increase oxygen, but also increase the turbulence and diffusion
of the water body, which can more effectively improve the efficiency of ammonia and nitrogen removal; and the built-in ultraviolet rays can disinfect, sterilize and purify the breeding water, which can exempt the use of chemical substances, and achieve the effect of green and healthy hatching. At the same time, the incubation system has constant temperature effect and can cool and heat the circulating water.
