CK6180 CNC Lathe Machine
CK61 series CNC horizontal lathe has the characteristics of high precision, high power, high rigidity,etc. Its main components and structure have been optimized design, and it is the first choice for machining shafts, discs,sleeves, special-shaped surfaces and screw workpieces.
GSK/SIEMENS/FANUC (optional) CNC system and full digital AC servo system, X and Z axis are all controlled by semi-closed loop,ball screw pair adopts C3 precision ball screw, electrical components are all imported or domestic famous brands, Comply with CE or domestic 3C certification.
The machine tool is equipped with a well-known domestic brand electric tool post, which has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, high strength, and good seismic performance.
The machine tools are inspected strictly in accordance with the inspection procedures before they leave the factory. Each machine tool uses a laser interferometer to detect the X and Z axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine tool.
